Developed around the sacrum area

InflammaSacra

Horizontal, symptom- and phase-oriented support line for pain, irritation and inflammatory tissue reactivity — applicable anywhere on the body.

What is it?

Documents a phase-oriented routine — acute, transitional and chronic — that may accompany a regional formulation when clinically indicated, while keeping an independent formulation philosophy.

Where is it applied?

  • Local muscular zone
  • Tendon and insertion zone
  • Fascial plane
  • Ligamentary zone
  • Peripheral nerve zone

Why this area?

This composition is developed around the sacrum region: the surface area associated with that part of the body.

  • Symptom- and phase-oriented support
  • Structured daily application
  • Professional protocol support

How do I use it?

  1. 01Bring 1 push (airless system) of phase 1 to the area indicated by your therapist or in the application zones specific for this product.
  2. 02Apply the product 2 times a day in this selected area, in a thin layer.
  3. 03Follow up by phase 2 of this product if indicated by your therapist, following the steps in the application sequence.

Over the weeks

Phase I — Neurodermal Release · 1–2 applications per day

Acute / first six weeks

Local support for pain, irritation and inflammatory tissue reactivity across muscular, tendinous, fascial, ligamentary and peripheral nerve zones. Evaluated after approximately six weeks.

Phase II — Transitus · 1–2 applications per day

Six weeks to three months

The routine shifts from inflammatory activity toward recovery and regulation: microcirculation, vegetative regulation and tissue integration.

Phase III — Integralis · 1 application per day, reviewed periodically

Beyond three months

PEA and Boswellia are lowered further and the composition moves deliberately toward chronic stabilisation and tissue integration.

What is in it?

  • Aqua baseSets the water phase that determines spreadability across a defined surface field.
  • GlycerinKeeps the applied layer supple so the same field can be worked repeatedly without dryness on the skin surface.
  • Shea butterGives the texture enough body to stay on the applied zone rather than running along the hairline.
  • PanthenolDocumented as a conditioning constituent of the cutaneous topical base; contributes to a smooth, non-tacky finish.
  • TocopherolProtects the lipid fraction over the shelf life of the record so successive batches stay comparable.

Questions

Is this a medicinal product?

No. SIRIAM formulations are cutaneous topical compositions. They are described by application region and composition, not directed at a therapeutic indication but rather at regulation of the nervous system. EMG validation will need to support this further in the future.

Who determines the application region?

The region is identified by a healthcare professional using anatomical landmarks and surface maps. Our documentation supports that conversation.

Can the formulation be combined with other routines?

Combination and sequencing are decided together with the treating professional. We document composition, application and response.
