The magistral fiche recommends twice-daily application during the first six weeks after acute irritation or overload, followed by evaluation for progression to InflammaSacra II.
⭐ Proposal for InflammaSacra II & III
I recommend treating the InflammaSacra series as one coherent therapeutic platform rather than three separate creams.
The handbook structure would then become:

This distinguishes the InflammaSacra family from the regional DUO products and positions it as the flagship therapeutic line within SIRIAM. It also creates a very intuitive structure for the future Lovable platform, where all three phases can be presented under a single product family with controlled versioning through the Current → Proposed workflow.
InflammaSacra should no longer be presented as three independent products.
It should become one Product Platform.
