What is a neurodermal formulation?
It is a topical cutaneous topical formulation designed around a defined surface region of the body — a dermatome, cranial zone or plexus projection field — rather than around a symptom.
Can I order products on this website?
No. This website is informational. It documents the work of the institute for practitioners and interested readers, and does not function as an online shop.
Is this a medicinal product?
No. SIRIAM formulations are cutaneous topical compositions. They are described by application region and composition, not directed at a therapeutic indication but rather at regulation of the nervous system. EMG validation will need to support this further in the future.
How do I know which family relates to which region?
The Neuro Atlas maps head, neck, thorax, lumbar and sacral regions to the corresponding product families.
Where are the formulations developed?
In Europe, under cutaneous topical quality standards, in dialogue with healthcare professionals.
Is the website available in other languages?
The architecture is prepared for Dutch, English, French and German. Additional languages are being rolled out progressively.
