Development phases
A region is defined using dermatomal and plexus surface anatomy before any composition work begins.
Carrier, texture and ingredient selection are matched to the characteristics of the chosen surface region.
Prototypes are reviewed with healthcare professionals for usability, tolerance of use and clarity of protocol.
Findings are consolidated into the next iteration. Development is continuous rather than final.
