The first texture is applied thinly over the lower shoulder girdle and below the armpit, then over the upper arm and under arm in the skin field of the affected nerve, and finally along the nerve paths towards the fingertips. Zone order stays identical at every session.

After a two-minute pause the second, lighter texture is applied over the identical field in the same order. From week 3 the morning application uses phase 2 and the evening phase 1; from week 4 onwards phase 2 is used.
