Manufacturing timeline
- 01Weigh Lanette cream FNA and aqua purificata separately and heat both to ±60 °C.
- 02Phase 1: dissolve magnesium chloride, MSM and panthenol completely in the water phase under gentle homogeneous stirring. Phase 2: dissolve magnesium chloride, MSM, TriButyrate and betaine TMG.
- 03Separately blend squalane, jojoba oil, vitamin E and copaiba into a smooth lipid mixture. Phase 2: add 2 drops of sea buckthorn fruit oil to this lipid phase.
- 04Phase 1 only: pre-dissolve the Staphysagria D8 granules in ±1 g hydroalcoholic solution (±30% ethanol) for 10–15 minutes.
- 05Add the warm water phase slowly to the Lanette base under continuous homogeneous stirring.
- 06Add the squalane / jojoba active mixture to the emulsion at ±40 °C and mix until fully distributed.
- 07Phase 2 only: add Bacopa monnieri gradually and homogenise without lumps or phase formation.
- 08Add Silicea gel gradually and disperse without lumps.
- 09Let the emulsion cool below 35 °C before adding sensitive components.

Is this a medicinal product?
No. SIRIAM formulations are cutaneous topical compositions. They are described by application region and composition, not directed at a therapeutic indication but rather at regulation of the nervous system. EMG validation will need to support this further in the future.

The region is identified by a healthcare professional using anatomical landmarks and surface maps. Our documentation supports that conversation.
